The Asia Office has over the past 3 - 4 years proved very successful in supporting our existing customers all over Asia. Companies in Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand have welcomed the local support, and have placed additional orders knowing that we have the customers sales and after sales service support capability locally.

2004 has seen our continued presence at two of the major trade exhibitions on our core markets. Total Processing and Packaging, held at the NEC, Birmingham, gave us a chance to meet many of our existing customers as well as make many new and important contacts from around the world.
Of particular interest on our 2004 stand was the fully operational model filler.
Not only does this unit give visitors the opportunity to understand how our rotary piston filler operates, but also it demonstrates how our 70 years of engineering experience has allowed us to perfect such an intricate piece of machinery.
Somewhat further afield, Propack Asia, Bangkok, gave us the opportunity to exhibit our know-how on the stand of our sister company, Mather and Platt (Asia) Ltd.
Well known in the local market, M&P Asia combines the marketing of our filling machines with exclusive representation of several other manufacturers of high quality processing and packaging machinery.< br> This made our stand one of the “must see” events for those customers interested in reliability and quality in their machine purchases.
This fact was borne out by the scores of urgent enquiries received on the stand.
