M&P in conjunction with a large process supplier from Europe, has recently shipped a complete canning line to Bangladesh. The line is designed to depalletise, fill, seam, label and case pack cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
M&P were called on to provide a solution to the filling side of the project. The main points for consideration were the need for simple, reliable and robust machines that would be capable of withstanding the rigours of a double shift, six day operation in the depths of Bangladesh.
To this end, we have supplied a 16 head rotary piston filler directly linked to a six head seaming machine to ensure perfect pitching from one machine to the other. Jorgensen Engineering, Denmark who specialises in such equipment, has provided can and lid sterilisation equipment.

M&P have undertaken to source and expedite all outside equipment prior to setting up the complete line in out Manchester Factory for customer checkout and shipment.
The line will be providing the local market with the highest quality product available within the country and will represent a leap forward in technology for the dairy industry in this rapidly developing market.
