M&P Engineering’s range of Rotary Piston Fillers is designed to meet the needs of a variety of filling duties where free flowing liquids or slurries are to be handled.

An extensive combination of models and options facilitates the handling of a wide variety of containers.  Our engineers will tailor a rotary filler unit to meet the exact requirements of your product.

  • Accurate and precise filling
  • Simple to operate
  • No container, no fill
  • Simple maintenance
  • Quick product change-over
  • Manufactured from high quality materials
  • May be synchronised with other machines in a filling line
  • No overfilling, standards compliance
  • No leaks, drips or product waste
  • Minimal supervision in operation
  • Long service life
  • One machine, many products
  • Low running costs
  • Long service interval

The machine is highly configurable by design, allowing the machine to be integrated into existing production lines as an upgrade as well as allowing efficient use of space in a new line.

The commonest line configurations are shown here, the right-angle, the omega and a combination pattern filling solids and liquids. The most appropriate configuration will depend on the container, product and filling speeds required.

Rotary Filler Configurations

It is likely that we have a model which will suit your requirements, if not, then with our many years of experience and our continuing engagement with modern techniques we are well placed to design a solution.

The M&P rotary filler can fill a wide variety of containers from tins and cans to glass bottles and jars, and more recently PET and HDPE containers of every shape and size.

Typical Products
The M&P rotary filler can fill almost any product so long as it is liquid at room temperatures, and because it is constructed with high quality materials it can fill acidic and corrosive chemical products as well as food and pharmaceuticals. The precision components used mean that we can fill light oils and other penetrating liquids without leaking or drips.

The table here shows typical speeds and head configurations.Productions speeds are dependent on the type and shape of the container, the head-space and the nature of the product.

Standard machines are supplied with control systems compliant with CE for Europe or UL for USA but can be supplied to suit local electrical and safety codes.

Series  Head Range  Speed Range
200  6-16  30-320
300   10-24   90-480
350   21-28   100-560
400   24-32   100-640
