Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish, made with salted fermented vegetables. Typically made with cabbage and seasoning such as salt, sugar, onions, garlic ginger and chilli peppers, it can also be made with other vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, bamboo shoots, and radishes!
